神州控股(00861)回笼资金ALL IN“AI+供应链”赛道

智通财经APP获悉，12月9日，神州控股(00861)发布拟出售附属公司股份的自愿公告，拟于神州信息披露公告日期起15个交易日后的3个月内，出售不超过28,827,300股的神州信息(000555.SZ)股份，占神州信息总股本约2.9543%，所得款项将用于公司业务发展以及一般营运资金用途。当前，神州控股共持有神州信息39.9211%的股份，拟出售事项完成后，神州信息仍为神州控股的附属公司。这意味着公司将有更多资金投入技术创新领域。近来，神州控股在AI领域动作频频，此次调整将为其全力布局AI领域提供更充足的资金支持。公司在加大基础AI技术研发力度的同时，也将进一步扩大AI技术在供应链领域的应用与推广。

据悉，在神州控股近期召开的年度工作会议上，公司高层明确提出，未来的发展目标是成为以供应链为核心的AI解决方案领导者，这一愿景的提出充分展现公司聚焦“AI+供应链”赛道的战略雄心。同时，公司提出“客户+生态”双轮驱动战略，以精益化运营管理和强劲营销策略，增加客户粘性，拓宽客户覆盖，并借助生态合作持续扩充自身能力版图。具体在核心技术层面，神州控股正推动“Data×AI”战略升维，瞄准了高质量行业数据的方向精准布局，通过“燕云Infinity筑牢底座，供应链‘小金’智能体集群打开新局，全生态合作构建闭环”不断向愿景目标接近。此次减持计划所产生的现金流入，必将加速这一进程。
