咱们这一波的行情还没有到加速。和讯投顾盖祎楠表示，15年的行情跟现在不一样，现在我们现在是2600点~4000点，当时是1800点~4000点，位置并不一样，现在是一个什么阶段？这个阶段叫牛市的第二阶段，叫做结构性上涨阶段，我们这个阶段是只涨指数，为什么会出现这种情况？是想让所有的板块都涨一轮对吧？有消息的多涨点，没有消息的少涨点，有业绩的啊多往前去一去，为什么？你看这么多板块上涨，银行涨了一轮创新高了，券商涨了一轮创10月8号高点了，港口航运创新高了，基本上所有的板块那些主线板块都创了新高了，主线板块都过了10月8号高点了，但是为什么指数还在4000点晃悠，因为他不是一块上去的，他是分开上去的呀对吧？他是分了4个月，这叫轮流抬高底部筹码。轮动拉升是想让所有板块都进入蓄势，要步调协同一致之后才会有拉升，很多人他理解不到，拉的过程中就会出现抛压，现在是什么？所有的板块进入一个相对蓄的阶段。
