澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）周二宣布了这些新措施，旨在促进数字资产和支付领域的创新与增长。ASIC 表示，其正在为从事某些稳定币和封装代币二级分发活动的中介机构“授予类别豁免”。这意味着企业不再需要单独、且通常昂贵的许可证来作为这些市场的中介机构，并且它们现在可以在妥善记录的前提下使用“汇总账户”。新的豁免进一步扩大了此前针对稳定币的宽免范围，取消了中介机构在提供与稳定币或封装代币相关的服务时必须持有单独的澳大利亚金融服务（AFS）牌照的要求。
