智通财经APP讯，赢家时尚(03709)发布公告，集团已同意作为有限合伙人认购路威凯腾壹号(成都)股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)的有限合伙权益，认缴出资额为人民币4000万元，约占该基金认缴出资总额的6%。
该基金为一只于中国成都以有限合伙形式设立的人民币计值基金。该基金由路威凯腾(成都)私募基金管理有限公司及其关联方发起设立，并由路威凯腾(成都)私募基金管理有限公司担任基金管理人。路威凯腾(成都)私募基金管理有限公司为路威凯腾在成都设立的私募股权基金管理机构，负责管理及运营路威凯腾在中国的人民币基金。
