HONG KONG, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Hong Kong's Lai Sun Development 0488.HK, in a joint statement with its parent company Lai Sun Garment International 0191.HK, on Tuesday said it is selling its interests in an office tower in the city's central financial district for HK$3.5 billion ($449.84 million).
