金吾财讯 | 易鑫集团(02858)股价上行发力，截至发稿，涨11.86%，报2.83港元，成交额1.38亿港元。易鑫集团宣布，现有二手车服务战略合作协议将于2025年12月31日届满。于2025年12月8日，公司通过其间接全资附属公司上海畅途与精真估(腾讯的附属公司)订立续订二手车服务战略合作协议，以续订现有二手车服务战略合作协议项下拟进行的现有持续关连交易，自2026年1月1日起生效，为期三年。
方正证券认为，公司作为第三方汽车金融领军企业，一方面公司二手车战略成效显著、高定价二手车业务为公司业绩提供支撑，预计下半年公司业绩延续高增态势；另一方面公司坚持分红反馈股东、高股息特色鲜明，给予“强烈推荐”评级。
