野村发表研究报告指，中国光伏行业近期出现反内卷积极信号，其中《央视新闻》上星期报道指光伏行业自律已取得成效，产品价格趋向稳定，行业协会亦强调企业正推动自律及反内卷措施。野村相信，相关消息均反映出光伏产业正推动理性化发展，以遏制亏损，预期多晶硅产能可能出现实质性缩减，市场对传言敏感度提升，估计受到龙头生产商一致行动及政策信号支持，多晶硅供需状况可望改善，行业产能过剩压力将缓解。野村相信，行业中期加强自律，将可维持较高利用率、推动价格复苏及提升盈利水平，不过短期内则仍要面临库存偏高及下游季节性需求疲软，导致产品价格趋弱的问题，目前预计11月份多晶硅产量将按月下降约2万吨至12万吨，硅片产量按月降5%至57GW，电池产量按月降2%至57GW。
