12月11日，惠而浦（600983）发布公告，公司拟以现金方式收购控股股东格兰仕家用电器的洗衣机业务有关资产，包括固定资产、专利、专有技术和产品，交易金额为7462万元。
此项资产收购的目的是为了解决公司与控股股东之间的同业竞争问题，确保双方在洗衣机业务上不再存在实质性竞争。此外，格兰仕家用电器将以全球范围内独占使用许可的方式将洗衣机业务有关商标许可给公司使用。
此次关联交易构成关联交易，但不构成《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》规定的重大资产重组。根据公告，过去12个月内，公司与格兰仕家用电器及其实际控制人控制的其他企业未发生其他关联交易事项。该交易已通过公司2025年第三次临时董事会审议，尚需提交股东大会审议。
2025年前三季度，惠而浦实现收入32.97亿元，归母净利润3.17亿元。
