Shinfox Energy (TPE:6806) unit Shinfox Far East acquired 100% stake of SFE Developer for $9.9 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares dropped over 3% in Thursday's late morning trade.
The company funded the deal with internal resources and is a long-term investment, it said.
