智通财经APP讯，亚博科技控股(08279)发布公告，于2025年12月12日，本公司与支付宝(杭州)订立框架协议，本公司与支付宝(杭州)可不时自行或促使其各自的附属公司及/或关联公司订立具体执行协议，以提供由本集团向支付宝(杭州)集团提供的支付宝“碰一下”服务，期限自生效日期起至2027年3月31日止。
董事会认为，该等交易将促进本集团与支付宝(杭州)集团之间的更紧密合作，并能使本集团依托支付宝庞大的生态系统及专业技术，以加快在中国内地及澳门推出支付宝“碰一下”支付设备及采用非接触式支付功能。支付宝“碰一下”支付设备让中国内地消费者只需轻轻触碰智能手机即可完成支付，无需扫描任何二维码。此类设备亦支援“轻触点餐”服务。透过积极推广上述支付设备，本集团预期可从合作中获取支付宝“碰一下”服务费收入，同时借由采用先进的支付方案而巩固其在市场上的策略地位。董事会认为，该合作亦将提升本集团终端用户的支付便利性，加强本集团在数字支付领域的地位，并契合市场对高效、无缝及非接触式支付方案日益增长的需求。
