智通财经APP讯，裕丰昌控股(08631)公布，董事局近日接获不少股东投诉原定的股东特别大会地址非一般交通工具能抵达加上地址不明朗。原定地点为：香港新界粉岭鹤薮地段DD76地块1091号，故现特别通知各股东是有必要需另择地点召开股东特别大会。董事会现决定暂时取消是次特别股东大会，并于十四天内另择适合各股东可用一般交通工具抵达地点为先决条件的地点。
如各股东因是次更改特别股东大会地点而引致费用，公司会在提供足够资料及收据，相应赔偿。
