智通财经APP获悉，钢铁股全线下跌，截至发稿，鞍钢股份(00347)跌3.72%，报1.81港元；马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)跌2.53%，报2.31港元；重庆钢铁股份(01053)跌2.52%，报1.16港元。
消息面上，12月12日，商务部、海关总署宣布对部分钢铁产品实施出口许可证管理，公告自26年1月1日起实行。纳入出口许可证管理的钢铁产品目录包含300项产品，涵盖部分不锈钢、取向性硅电钢等产品。东方证券表示，这一新政的发布标志着国内钢材出口管理进入新阶段，出口结构或迎来优化升级。
长江证券则表示，钢铁实施出口许可证管理短期或形成出口脉冲，明年年初供需或阶段性承压，中长期则利好行业的发展。长期来看，实施出口许可证管理有望打击原料需求，尤其是攫取了产业链绝大部分利润的铁矿石，此外，无法买单出口后低端钢企的只有出清的命运，钢铁行业的供需有望迎来好转。
