智通财经APP讯，中天顺联(00994)发布公告，诚如本公司于2025年9月2日所公布，批准将本公司的英文名称由“CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings Limited”更改为“ CT Vision (International) Holdings Limited”，并将本公司中文双重外文名称由“中天顺联(国际)控股有限公司”更改为“中天宏信(国际)控股有限公司”(“更改公司名称”)的特别决议案已于 2025年9月2日举行的股东特别大会上获股东正式通过。
开曼群岛公司注册处处长于2025年9月22日发出更改名称注册证书。香港公司注册处已于2025年12月4日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认本公司的新英文及中文名称已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册登记。
本公司股份于联交所买卖的英文股份简称将由“CT VISION SL”更改为“ CT VISION”，而中文股份简称将由“中天顺联”更改为“中天宏信”，自2025年12月22日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所的股份代号维持不变，仍为“994”。
