Finder Energy Completes Acquisition of Floating Production, Storage, Offloading Vessel; Shares Fall 3%

Finder Energy Holdings (ASX:FDR) completed the acquisition of Petrojarl I, a floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO), from Amplus Energy, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The vessel's title is now transferred to the company's Jarl Marine unit, the filing said.

The company's unit, Finder Timor-Leste, entered several agreements with Amplus regarding the engineering to steady-state operation of the FPSO at the KTJ project in Timore-Leste, the filing added.

The company said it now expects a final investment decision for the project by mid-2026.

Shares of the company fell 3% in recent Monday trade.
