TT 电子最大股东德贝顾问公司（DBAY Advisors）于周一表示，无意收购这家英国公司，就此退出了与瑞士企业西科公司（Cicor）潜在的竞购大战。

　　欧洲早盘交易中，TT 电子股价暴跌约 21%，跌至每股 105 便士。

　　持有 TT 电子 24.5% 股份的德贝顾问公司上周曾表示，正考虑对 TT 电子发起收购要约。该公司仍认为西科公司对 TT 电子的竞争性要约 “不具备吸引力”，并计划投票反对这一方案。

　　这家在伦敦上市的电子企业曾于 10 月透露，已三度回绝德贝顾问公司主动提出的收购要约，其中最后一份要约的报价为每股 130 便士。

　　西科公司对 TT 电子的最终收购方案为全现金报价每股 150 便士，同时附带一个以西科公司股票作为对价的备选方案。

　　截至发稿，TT 电子与西科公司暂未就路透社的置评请求作出回应。
