ChainCatcher 消息，以太坊共识层客户端 Prysm 团队发布 Fusaka 主网故障事后分析报告。事件期间，几乎所有 Prysm 节点在处理特定证明时遭遇资源耗尽，导致无法及时响应验证者请求。故障影响范围为第 411439 至 411480 epoch，共 42 个 epoch 内丢失 248 个区块，缺失率达 18.5%，网络参与率最低降至 75%，验证者损失约 382 ETH 的证明奖励。
故障根因为 Prysm 信标节点接收到可能不同步节点发送的证明，这些证明引用了前一轮次的区块根。为验证这些证明，Prysm 尝试重建兼容状态，导致重复处理过去轮次区块和昂贵的轮次转换重计算。团队通过指导用户使用 --disable-last-epoch-target 参数暂时解决问题，后续 v7.1 和 v7.1.0 版本包含长期修复方案。
