由长实(01113.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑Blue Coast II今日(16日)以招标形式售出两伙，均位为位处于第三座的四房户，其中第3座29楼A室实用面积约1,267平方呎，成交金额3,712.31万元，成交呎价29,300元。售出的另一伙属平台特色户，为第3座6楼B室，实用面积约1,181平方呎，连约589平方呎平台，成交金额3,531.19万元，以实用面积计呎价29,900元。
长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威透露，Blue Coast II上周开放现楼四房连装修示范单位以来已沽出4伙，反映受到市场关注，发展商将考虑上调高层四房户招标意向价，预计加幅约5%。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-12-16 12:25。)
