格隆汇12月15日丨心玮医疗-B(06609.HK)宣布，于2025年12月15日，其已决议注销根据2021年H股激励计划向集团若干管理人员授出的430,500股奖励股份(“先前授出奖励”)。董事会认为，注销先前授出奖励及重新授出新股份奖励将激励承授人为集团的成功作出最大努力并奖励其持续努力，以及提高效率并降低公司管理其现有激励计划的成本。 董事会宣布，于2025年12月15日，待达成承授人同意注销先前授出奖励后，公司将根据公司于2025年5月26日采纳的2025年H股激励计划向承授人授出430,500份股份奖励(“2025年12月授出”)，以取代先前授出奖励。
