12月15日，北京首都机场股份（00694）发布公告，宣布与贵宾公司签订旅客服务采购框架协议。该协议将于2026年1月1日起生效，持续至2028年12月31日，为期三年。此次协议是基于前一份协议即将到期后，为了继续进行性质相近的交易而签订的。
根据公告，贵宾公司同意在北京首都机场向公司提供一系列旅客服务，包括为旅客提供流程指引、问询服务及应急服务等。母公司为公司的控股股东，持有公司约58.96%的已发行股本，因此贵宾公司（母公司全资持有）被视为公司的关联人士。
此外，公告提供了历史交易金额的数据。截至2023年、2024年及2025年12月31日止年度，公司向贵宾公司支付的服务费分别为3556万元、3606万元和3508万元。预计在新协议下，未来三年的年度上限将分别为4000万元，确保服务的合理性和可持续性。
