Humm Group (ASX:HUM) said Adrian Fisk resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the firm, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
It named Anthony Taylor as the interim CFO starting Wednesday.
The firm's shares rose 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
