Holcim said it will buy a majority stake in Peruvian building-materials producer Cementos Pacasmayo, in a deal that values the target as a whole at $1.5 billion.
The Swiss building-materials supplier said Tuesday that the transaction is accretive to earnings per share in the first year.
The move continues Holcim expansion into Latin American and comes a year after it entered Peru.
Cementos Pacasmayo is listed on the Lima Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
