Region Group (ASX:RGN) said the total value of its investment properties has increased by AU$129.2 million, to AU$4.5 billion as of Dec. 31 from AU$4.4 billion as of June 30, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Pro forma net tangible assets increased by AU$0.08 to AU$2.55, assuming no other balance sheet movements since June 30, the filing added.
The company said its portfolio weighted average capitalization rate is 5.87%, a compression of 10 basis points since June 30.
Pro forma gearing post the movement in property valuations is 32.6%, within the company's target gearing range of 30% to 40%, the filing added.
The company declared a six-month dividend of AU$0.069 per share, payable Jan. 30, 2026, to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31.
