ChainCatcher 消息，据路透社报道，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）于周二就一系列针对加密货币行业的拟议规则展开广泛咨询。
此前一天，英国政府表示将从 2027 年 10 月起对该行业实施监管。FCA 公布相关提案的同时还发布了一项研究报告，报告显示，过去一年，持有加密货币的英国成年人比例下降了三分之一，从 12% 降至 8%。FCA 周二表示，其规则将涵盖加密资产的上市、制止内幕交易和操纵行为的措施、加密货币交易平台标准以及经纪商规则。
该机构还就审慎要求、使加密货币质押风险更明晰的监管规定、为加密货币借贷双方提供更完善的保护，以及加密公司管理风险的潜在金融保障措施等事项展开咨询。FCA 正就其提案征求意见，截止日期为 2026 年 2 月 12 日。该监管机构承诺将于明年年底前最终确定监管制度。
