EPRINT集团（01884）发布公告，由于公司与罗兵咸永道会计师事务所未能就截至2026年3月31日止年度的建议核数费用达成共识，公司决定变更核数师。经公司要求，罗兵咸永道已同意辞任公司核数师，自2025年12月12日起生效。此外，经考虑审核委员会的建议，董事会已决议批准委任大信梁学濂（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，以填补因罗兵咸永道辞任而产生的临时空缺，自2025年12月12日起生效，并任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
