2025年前三季度，市场监管部门组织开展知识产权执法等专项行动，进一步加强重点领域、重点商品、重点市场治理，积极发挥行政执法震慑力，切实保护权利人和消费者合法权益，维护市场秩序，营造良好营商环境。前三季度，各类专项行动共查处相关案件近39万件，其中商标侵权、假冒专利案件2.7万件，针对侵权假冒高发多发的重点实体开展执法行动约5.4万人次。
