2025年11月，公司国内、国际地区市场的主要新开、复航、加密航线情况如下：国内市场：新开贵阳-揭阳潮汕、南昌-扬州、宁波-西双版纳等航线;复航上海浦东-杭州、合肥-大同、合肥-沈阳、宁波-长白山等航线;加密北京大兴-哈尔滨、北京大兴-西双版纳、昆明-重庆、天津-兰州、南京-揭阳潮汕等航线。国际地区市场：新开北京大兴-马斯喀特等航线;复航上海浦东-新德里等航线;加密上海浦东-墨尔本、上海浦东-普吉、上海浦东-布里斯班、南京-中国香港、昆明-万象、昆明-曼德勒等航线。
2025年11月，公司引进5架飞机，包括2架A321NEO、2架C919、1架C909，退出2架客机，包括1架A320、1架B737-800。截至2025年11月末，公司合计运营825架飞机。
