ChainCatcher 消息，据智通财经报道，中国国家数据局、重庆市人民政府与新加坡资讯通信媒体发展局共同签署《关于共建数字陆海新通道合作谅解备忘录》，旨在深化中新两国在战略性互联互通示范项目下的合作，通过数字化转型共同赋能陆海新通道建设，打造面向未来的智慧经济走廊。
根据备忘录，三方将重点围绕以下领域开展务实合作：
一是数字互联互通，在双方数字规则框架下，通过数字基础设施互通与合作，促进数据跨境安全有序流动，探索构建高效、便捷、安全的数字通道。
二是数字技术与创新，鼓励和支持两国企业、科研机构在人工智能、区块链、大数据等领域开展联合研发与场景应用合作，共享智慧城市建设经验与成果。
三是数字人才交流培训，通过举办研讨会、开展技能认证及人才交流项目，加强数字领域专业人才培养，为数字经济发展提供坚实人才支撑。
