智通财经APP获悉，12月15日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于深圳市精锋医疗科技股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。精锋医疗拟发行不超过31,880,500股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。该公司49名股东拟将所持合计295,880,748股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
招股书显示，精锋医疗致力于设计、开发及制造手术机器人。精锋® 多孔腔镜手术机器人MP1000为公司建议核心产品，而精锋® 单孔腔镜手术机器人SP1000为关键在研产品。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，公司是中国首家已完成多孔及单孔腔镜手术机器人关键性临床试验的公司。MP1000及SP1000均已具备通过绿色通道进行国家药监局有关创新医疗器械的快速审查资格。公司于2022年12月获得国家药监局对MP1000用于泌尿外科手术的注册批准。中国手术机器人市场竞争激烈。于最后可行日期，公司于中国有五家公司的多孔腔镜手术机器人获批，惟单孔腔镜手术机器人均未获批。
