SAMT (KOSDAQ:A031330) said on Tuesday its board approved a one-year debt guarantee of nearly 31 billion won for its Singapore subsidiary, SAMT SG, to Citi Bank, Singapore Branch, according to a Tuesday filing on the KOSDAQ exchange.
The guarantee, which runs from Dec. 16, 2025, to Dec. 16, 2026, represents 7.2% of the parent company's equity, the filing showed.
