Auckland International Airport (NZE:AIA, ASX:AIA) recorded 1.7 million passenger movements in November, up 1% year on year, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.

Total passenger movements for the financial year to date reached 7.8 million in November, marking a 2% year-on-year increase, per the filing.

Total international passenger movements rose 3% to 884,570, the filing added.

Excluding transits, international passenger movements increased by 4%. International seat capacity fell 1%, resulting in average load factors of 86%, a 3.2 percentage-point increase year on year, the company said.

Domestic passenger movements decreased 1% to 766,552.
