旭辉控股集团(00884.HK) 公布，透过全资附属Spectron与LMR订立三年期预付认购期权交易，涉及1.423亿份期权，LMR将于生效日(12月19日)支付预付款项2.76亿元，每份期权可认购1股永升服务(01995.HK) 股份，行使价1.936元。就此，双方订立出售及掉期确认书 ，Spectron同意向LMR转让永升服务4.068亿股，占其股本23.54%。
所得净额2.76亿元，集团将按计划于重组生效日期或之前用作向债权人及第三方支付必要款项。同时，Spectron将就未偿还的预付款支付年利率7%的最低回报。LMR唯一投资者为开曼群岛附属基金LMR Multi-Strategy Fund Limited。(de/d)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-12-12 16:25。)
