ChainCatcher 消息，Matador Technologies Inc.（TSXV: MATA）宣布已修订与 ATW Partners 达成的 1 亿美元可转换票据融资协议条款，并已签署首笔 1,050 万美元交割。
根据安大略省证券委员会的审核要求，公司发布了更正披露，删除了“到 2027 年持有 6,000 个比特币”和“持有比特币总供应量约 1%”等表述。根据修订协议，融资资金将专门用于购买比特币，以推动每股比特币持有量增长。票据年利率为 8%，在公司从 TSXV 转至 NASDAQ 或 NYSE 上市后将降至 5%。票据由比特币作为担保，担保金额为票据本金的 150%（首期交割）或 100%（后续交割）。
Matador CEO Deven Soni 表示，“此次融资标志着我们长期比特币积累计划的重要一步，为公司提供了扩大比特币持仓所需的资金，同时限制短期稀释并保持与整体资本策略一致。”公司计划到 2026 年收购多达 1,000 个比特币。
