北京时间12月13日早间消息，一份公司文件显示，太空探索技术公司（SpaceX）已批准一项内部股票交易，该交易对埃隆·马斯克旗下这家火箭与卫星制造企业的估值定为约8000亿美元。

　　此次次级发行将为包括员工在内的股东提供套现或增持股票的机会。媒体此前报道，这是该公司计划最早于2026年进行首次公开募股（IPO）的前期准备动作。

　　该公司同时表示，正在为2026年可能开展的公开上市做准备。
