12月14日消息，据悉，12月9日开始，在各地人社局及相关部门指导下，美团已在北京、上海、南京、锦州、宁波、杭州、湘潭等数十城的骑手之家和站点内，开设600多处骑手社保咨询服务窗口，为骑手详细讲解社保缴纳流程、平台补贴比例等问题。“符合要求的骑手只要缴纳养老保险，最快次月首周即可收到平台补贴，”美团相关负责人表示，11月起美团社保补贴正式覆盖全国，如今全国骑手社保补贴到账也是社保方案推进的突破性进展。
数据显示，自2022年以来，在人社部指导下，美团积极开展新职伤试点，到今年7月已扩围到全国17个省市，截至10月，已全额为骑手缴费23亿元，累计参保骑手约1600万。（易智）
