Energy Resources of Australia (ASX:ERA) said the Australian federal Minister for Resources awarded a new rehabilitation authority to the company for the Ranger project area in the Northern Territory, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new rehabilitation authority will be in force starting Jan. 9, 2026, the filing said.
Shares fell 20% in morning trade on Monday.
