Seven West Media (ASX:SWM) said that a court hearing to approve its proposed acquisition by Southern Cross Media (ASX:SXL) through a scheme of arrangement will be held at the Supreme Court of New South Wales on Dec. 23, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The court hearing is subject to Seven West Media approving the acquisition at the scheme meeting scheduled for Dec. 22, the filing added.
