智通财经APP获悉，维亚生物(01873)涨超13%，截至发稿，涨13.4%，报2.2港元，成交额481.54万港元。
消息面上，12月13日，全球生物制药公司Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB（简称“Sobi”）宣布已与维亚生物参与投资孵化的Arthrosi达成收购协议。根据协议条款，本次收购Sobi将支付高达15亿美元的交易总对价，包括9.5亿美元的预付款（需进行惯常调整）以及高达5.5亿美元的监管和商业里程碑付款。该交易预计于2026年上半年完成。
根据本次交易，维亚生物预计将获得最高约4000万美元的投资回报，具体金额将取决于后续监管审批及商业化进展等里程碑的达成情况。此外，Arthrosi亦与维亚生物的CDMO子公司朗华制药就原料药供应订立了新的工作说明书（SOW），公司将继续与Arthrosi进行业务合作。
