12月16日金融一线消息，哈尔滨银行今日发布公告称，公司近日收到国家金融监督管理总局黑龙江监管局发出的《国家金融监督管理总局黑龙江监管局关于哈尔滨银行股份有限公司修改公司章程的批复》，章程修订已获核准。
哈尔滨银行表示，鉴于修订后的章程已获核准生效，公司监事会及其专门委员会自章程核准之日起撤销，《哈尔滨银行股份有限公司监事会议事规则》等监事会相关公司治理制度相应废止。现任监事赵保才、姜咏梅、王远方、陈巍、姜明辉、李兆华及孙毅不再担任公司监事。
