ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，随着年末临近，比特币网络活跃度降至 12 个月以来的最低水平，活跃地址的 7 日移动平均值已降至 66 万。虽预计会出现季节性放缓，但多个网络指标已呈现疲软态势。目前，活跃地址数量处于自 2024 年 12 月以来的最低水平，当时由于铭文（Ordinals）和符文（Runes）投机热潮，网络活跃度达到峰值。
网络活跃度的疲软也给矿工经济带来了下行压力。矿工每日收入已从第三季度的平均 5000 万美元降至约 4000 万美元。这些收入几乎全部来自区块补贴，而非交易手续费，凸显出比特币区块空间的需求有限。比特币交易构成中出现了不同寻常的动态变化。如今，符文交易在网络总交易量中所占比例更大，但仅贡献了总手续费收入的 5% 至 10%，这引发了人们对区块空间需求的担忧。当比特币一半的交易吞吐量产生的手续费微不足道时，这表明网络利用率与价值创造之间存在不匹配。
