智通财经APP讯，上海石油化工股份(00338)发布公告，董事会于2025年12月16日审议并批准公司(作为受托方)拟与巴陵新材料(作为委托方)签订委托合同。据此，公司将向巴陵新材料提供人员借用服务，对价为约人民币5272.23万元(含税总额)。委托合同将于2025年12月31日前签署。
巴陵新材料为公司与湖南石化各持股50%的合资公司。考虑到25万吨╱年热塑性弹性体项目的选址及人员施工的成本和便利性，委托公司借出人员进行项目建设工作将有利于25万吨╱年热塑性弹性体项目顺利实施，从而充分利用公司现有丁二烯等资源，发展苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体产品线，助力公司向“化工+材料”“基础+高端”转型发展，实现传统应用领域产品向高端新材料应用领域转型。
