BRP (DOO) said Tuesday it has appointed Denis Le Vot to succeed Jose Boisjoli as chief executive officer, effective Feb. 1.
Pierre Beaudoin will succeed Boisjoli as chair, the company said.
Le Vot recently decided to leave Renault Group, while Beaudoin previously served as Bombardier's chair, BRP added.
