智通财经APP讯，五矿资源(01208)发布公告，于2025年12月16日，卖方MMG Australia Limited与Minmetals North-Europe 就卖方向Minmetals North Europe 销售该产品订立Rosebery 精矿销售协议。
数量为2026年及2027年期间100%的产量，预计每年约6000干公吨该产品(本集团位于澳大利亚塔斯曼尼亚的Rosebery矿山产出的贵金属精矿)。
鉴于竞争投标程序乃为向买方授予该产品而进行，董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为，订立 Rosebery 精矿销售协议有利于为本集团争取最佳销售条款，包括将该产品交付予专门处理该产品的特定类型的已知冶炼厂。
