南方财经12月15日电，天眼查App显示，近日，时代骐骥绿能科技（深圳）有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由5000万人民币增至5亿人民币，增幅900%，同时发生高管变更。该公司成立于2023年10月，法定代表人朱正良，经营范围包括工程和技术研究和试验发展、新能源原动设备制造、新兴能源技术研发等，由宁德时代（300750）旗下时代骐骥新能源科技（深圳）有限公司全资持股。
