Kim Heng's (SGX:5G2) group chief technical officer, Tan Keng Hoe Melvin, will retire from the post on Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Melvin will be appointed as a consultant for a year from Jan. 1, 2026, following his retirement.
Shares of the offshore marine service contractor were down nearly 7% at the close of trading on Tuesday.
