China Energy Storage Technology Development (HKG:1143) named Wang Wei as its co-chairman effective Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Wang will serve alongside Chairman Lin Dailian, according to the electronic manufacturing services provider.
Wang serves as the chairman and operating decision-maker of Shanghai Xinxiang Network Technology.
