Shareholders of Wealthink AI-Innovation Capital (HKG:1140) will meet Jan. 9, 2026, to vote on the proposed change of its English name to HK.AI Capital, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The securities investor had proposed the name change earlier this month.
