根据该公司 12 月 12 日向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件，KindlyMD 必须在 2026 年 6 月 8 日前将股价提升至 1 美元以上并连续保持 10 个交易日，以避免退市。该股票于 10 月下旬首次跌破 1 美元，周一收盘价为 0.38 美元。
