Waratah Minerals (ASX:WTM) said Andrew Stewart will transition to the role of executive chair, as it seeks to advance its Spur gold-copper project in New South Wales towards development, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Peter Duerden will remain as managing director, per the filing.
Its shares fell 3% in recent trading on Thursday.
