12月18日消息，在海南自由贸易港全岛封关正式启动之际，西门子能源今天在海南省儋州市举行燃机总装基地及服务中心开工仪式，并同步成立西门子能源（海南）有限公司。作为西门子能源在中国建立的首个燃机总装及服务中心，该基地将构建覆盖总装、本地应用验证、备件保障与运维服务为一体的综合业务体系，进一步完善西门子能源全球燃气轮机组装与服务网络，满足中国及海外市场对燃气发电装备不断增长的需求。据悉，西门子能源海南燃机总装基地及服务中心计划于2027年建成投运。
西门子能源燃气发电集团全球高级副总裁Joern Schmuecker表示，西门子能源在海南建设燃机总装基地及服务中心，与海南自由贸易港建设高水平开放型经济新高地的目标高度契合。
当前，海南正持续推进清洁能源岛建设。燃气发电作为电力系统的重要调节性电源，在支撑高比例新能源并网、保障电网稳定性方面发挥着关键作用。西门子能源海南燃机总装基地及服务中心将依托完善的本土供应链以及先进的制造和综合运营能力，缩短装备交付周期，提升燃气发电项目执行效率和服务响应速度。（刘丽丽）
