Camp4 Therapeutics (CAMP) said Thursday it has priced an underwritten offering of 5 million common shares at $6 per share for gross proceeds of $30 million.
The offering is set to close around Friday.
Net proceeds from the offering, along with existing cash, will be used to develop the company's product candidates, as well as for general corporate purposes.
Shares of Camp4 fell more than 6% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
